Tasks
Its responsibilities include, in particular:
- organising and conducting statistical surveys in the field of working conditions, including the Report on working conditions, the Statistical report on accident at work, and the Statistical strike report,
- organising the Survey on unpaid work outside the household,
- participating in the preparation of provisions for the Statistical Survey Programme of Official Statistics, survey schedules and methodological assumptions for the surveys,
- analysing survey results and assessing the quality of data collected through the surveys,
- preparing and providing data in response to regular and –one-off requests,
- preparing statistical analyses and publications in the fields of working conditions statistics and volunteering.
The Centre for Working Conditions Statistics also carries out tasks in cooperation with other statistical offices as part of statistical surveys outside the Office's area of specialisation.
