You can obtain statistical data in two ways:

What should a request include?
Please specify:
- the statistical data you require (the subject area or the name of the indicator),
- the territorial area to which the data relate,
- the reference period for which you need the data,
- your full name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.
What can I request?
You may request:
- unpublished statistical data from Statistics Poland,
- analyses and studies based on Statistics Poland data,
- commissioned statistical studies.
Support for Reporting Obligations
As part of its area of specialisation, the Statistical Office in Gdańsk conducts the following statistical surveys in the fields of::
- Education and Human Capital
- F-01/s – Report on revenues, costs and financial result of higher education institutions (annual)
- S-10 – Report on degree programmes in higher education institutions run by churches and other religious associations (annual)
- S-11 – Report on benefits for students, including doctoral students in higher education institutions run by churches and other religious associations (annual)
- S-12 – Report on non-degree postgraduate programmes, specialist education, persons applying for a doctoral degree and employment in higher education institutions run by churches and other religious associations (annual)
- SU-2 – Continuing Vocational Training in Enterprises (every five years)
- Working Conditions
- Z-10 – Report on working conditions (annual)
- Z-KS – Statistical strike report (ad hoc)
- Z-KW – Statistical report of an accident at work (ad hoc)
The rules governing these surveys are laid down in the Programme of Statistical Surveys of Official Statistics.
Respondents submit data electronically using the online forms available through the Reporting Portal.
For substantive matters relating to statistical reports (including electronic reporting), such as reporting deadlines, legal basis or reporting guidelines, please contact us.

How can I verify an interviewer's identity?
You can verify the identity of an interviewer conducting a survey in Pomorskie Voivodship through:
- the Verify an Interviewer's Identity online application;
- the Statistical Helpline, available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; call charges apply according to your telephone operator's tariff;

Certificate Confirming the Assigned REGON Number
If your company or organisation is entered in the REGON Register, you may obtain a certificate confirming its assigned REGON number.
You may apply for the certificate:
- in person at the Statistical Office,
- by post,
- by e-mail,
- via the ePUAP platform,
- via the e-Delivery system.
Information displayed in the online search service constitutes confirmation that the data have been entered in the REGON Register.

Support for People with Communication Difficulties
If you have difficulty hearing, speaking or communicating, the Statistical Office provides:
- a Polish Sign Language (PJM) or Signed Polish (SJM) interpreter,
- documents printed in large print.
